Morse code, an alphabet code represented by a combination of long and short signals.  For the bracelet these are represented in dash and dots, or in this case, sterling silver, gold filled and natural stone beads to print out a message of encouragement.  These can be custom made.  The examples above "More than many sparrows", "It is well with my soul", "Iron sharpens Iron" and "Love you more".
